Product Use

Legacy Plates are designed as driver awareness indicators to help improve visibility and understanding on the road. They are not legally required signage and do not replace any government-issued plates or road rules.

Obstruction, Windscreen & Numberplate Compliance


Legacy Plates must not be attached to the windscreen, placed in a position that obstructs the driver’s view, or used in any way that interferes with the safe operation of the vehicle. Our products must not cover, obscure, or interfere with any registration numberplate, light, indicator, camera, sensor, or other legally required vehicle feature. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product is fitted and used lawfully at all times.

Magnetic Plate Application

Our plates are magnetic and intended for use on metal vehicle surfaces only. Customers must ensure the surface is clean and dry before application and that the plate is securely attached before driving. Legacy Plates is not responsible for loss or damage caused by incorrect application.

Road Safety Disclaimer

Legacy Plates products are intended to promote awareness, patience, and safer driving interactions. However, we do not guarantee changes in driver behaviour or road conditions. Use of our product is entirely at the driver’s discretion.

Wear & Care

Remove and clean the plate regularly. Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme weather conditions. Do not bend or fold the magnetic backing. Normal wear and tear over time is expected.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns or exchanges for faulty or damaged items, or incorrect items received. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Legacy Plates is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Limitation of Liability
